God gave me the phrase during my quiet time with Him. I started evaluating my time. God is a God of order. The sun sets and rises at a certain time. The wild comes out in the dark at certain times. The birds fly south for the winter. The bears hibernate during the winter. Different plants bloom in different seasons. We also need order by balancing our lives to complete God’s plan for us successfully,
Rise early to get instructions from God.
Psalm5:3 Amplified Version: In the morning I will prepare [a prayer and a sacrifice] for You and watch and wait [for You to speak to my heart].
Get some alone time with God and yourself and rest to refresh.
Mark 6:31-32 NLT: 31 Then Jesus said, “Let’s go off by ourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” He said this because there were so many people coming and going that Jesus and his apostles didn’t even have time to eat.32 So they left by boat for a quiet place, where they could be alone.
Write a plan/vision to follow.
Proverbs 4:26-27: “Plan carefully what you do, and whatever you do will turn out right”
Proverbs 24:6: “Strategic planning is the key to warfare; to win, you need a lot of good counsel”
Habakkuk 2:2-3: 2 Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it.3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, it will not tarry
Do not agree to anything without evaluating it.
Luke 4:28:For which one of you, when he wants to build a watchtower [for his guards], does not first sit down and calculate the cost, to see if he has enough to finish it?
Prioritize and put things in order.
Ecclesiastes 3:1: “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven”
Examine yourself daily.
Galatians 6:4: 4 Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else. 5 For we are each responsible for our own conduct.
Accountability keeps us on track.
Proverbs 27:17
“As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.“
James 5:16
“Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.”
Live balance, and conquer every challenge!
Prayer: Lord, thank you for trusting me with the purpose you have for me on earth. I repent for living my life out of balance. I examine myself through the Holy Spirit and the word of God to make corrections. I do not do anything without counting up the cost. I get wisdom from you early before I start my day. I spend time with you and rest when I need to in order to make the most of my time to complete the purpose you have for me. In Jesus’ name! Amen!
